Mondial3D (M3D) Dataset Business Partner Code of Conduct

Introduction

This Business Partner Code of Conduct ("Code") sets forth the standards of conduct expected of all business partners, subcontractors, consultants, and representatives ("you") associated with INVEST.IN.TEK GmbH, operating under the trade name "Mondial3D Dataset" or "M3D Dataset" ("Company," "us," or "we"). This Code supplements, but does not replace, any other contracts or agreements that we may have with you.

Policy Statement

We expect all our business partners to adhere to the standards set forth in this Code and continuously strive to conduct business according to the highest ethical principles. 5. Diversity and Inclusion: We value diversity and expect our business partners to provide equal employment opportunities without discrimination.
6. Integrity in Communication: Business partners must ensure all information provided is honest, accurate, and transparent.
7. Anti-Bribery and Corruption: Business partners must not engage in bribery or corrupt practices in line with relevant anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws.
8. Protection of Confidential Information: Business partners must safeguard any non-public information of the Company and use it solely for the purpose of the business relationship.
9. Adherence to Global Trade Restrictions: Business partners are expected to comply with all relevant import and export laws and regulations.
10. Community Engagement: We encourage our business partners to actively contribute to the welfare of their local communities.
11. Environmental Responsibility: Business partners should operate in an environmentally responsible manner and comply with environmental laws and regulations.
12. Subcontracting: Subcontractors and representatives must uphold these standards. Due diligence and ongoing monitoring are expected to ensure compliance.
13. Whistleblower Protection: A culture that encourages speaking up about unethical or harmful practices without fear of retaliation is essential.
